Lightbulb Location/District Select RIGHT after picking character

Searched for: district select population, and Firefox didn't highlight anything relevant on the list so....

I am trying to enjoy the Halloween festivities except I keep getting disconnected (err 7). Try and change cities.. disconnected, same with changing districts in the hopes of finding a less populated one. I seriously had to open up the task manager and find a low bandwidth time and quickly switch over and go threw the gates. Yes I am on 56k .. no broadband isn't affordable to me. The taskmanager when I was outside collecting was saying 276B/s average and when I went to town it maxed out and got choppy. I finally resorted to manually picking the last district every time I went to a town.

Can we please get the ability to pick a character, then be shown the map of the chapter we were in, then get to pick the district and have it show a snapshot of the population numbers per district? Every time I logged back in the game through me in a high population district and I waited for the inevitable err7.

The best solution at the moment is to park your character in a relatively empty town, or in your guild hall. Then you can map out and go to the last district yourself. It's what I have had to do lately.
